Brain, Mind, and Behavior

How does the firing of neurons give rise to a mind — to thoughts, feelings, and a sense of self? This course draws on neuroscience, psychology, and philosophy to examine how brain and behavior are connected, from the cellular mechanisms of neural signaling to the nature of perception, memory, emotion, and consciousness.
